Prenatal Co-Care

Service Description

A Prenatal package for expectant moms currently under the supervision of their OB and planning for a hospital birth. Note: This is a co-care experience only and does not infer primary care during your pregnancy. Deanna Smith/Hands and Hearts Birth Services is providing an educational service. Any information shared is for educational purposes and it is under the full discretion of the purchaser/attendee to utilize or discard the information given. This is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Hands and Hearts Birth Services and it’s providers disclaim all liability incurred as a consequence of use of any information shared. We will meet for 6-8 visits to discuss your questions regarding your prenatal journey. These visits may include: • monitoring vitals for you and baby • monitoring of overall health and natural progression of pregnancy • review of labs, including education and discussion • discussions about current plan of treatment for various health concerns • discussion of herbal, homeopathic, natural care options as they arise • availability throughout pregnancy during regular business hours by text or phone • a record of all visits and discussions at follow up postpartum visit at 2 weeks. Prenatal Co-Care does NOT include: • Primary Care support. You MUST be under the on-going supervision of an OB during our contract • NO home birth option. You MUST obtain a hospital birth as planned with your OB provider. Prenatal Co-Care Fee is $1800. A non-refundable deposit if $800 is due at contract, with balance to be paid in full no later than 37 weeks.
