    Quarterly blood draw to review CBC results and discuss health concerns.
    Valid for one year
    • a (1) year review of the CBC blood test, including (4) blood
    • draws completed quarterly. A written review and
    • recommendations of lifestyle changes will be given within 2
    • weeks of each visit. No additional fees involved.
